It is actually quite a fun site. Very easy to use. Being clever is the hardest part. I would definitely use this as a tool in the classroom to make a point or to add some levity to a project. I think students would enjoy it also. It would give them an alternative means to communicate an idea, thought or hypothesis.
I have used it extensively with kids in grades 2-8, and they LOVE it! It's a real challenge to think about how to present factual information within the constrictions of a three-panel strip.
ReplyDeleteNice work!

ReplyDeleteI have limited experience using makebeliefcomix myself. However, when I used it for our first assignment for this class I thought it was a lot of fun. It was also fairly easy to use, which is important for a technically-challenged person like me. I agree with Anna's comment though...it is often difficult to convey your message or concept in only three frames.
This is a nice blog. It seems to be very organized as well.

I'm so excited to try making some comics with my second graders! This would be a great way for them to present their research in a new way. Thanks!
